Room prices are based on two people sharing

Please note we have no facility to accept debit/credit cards.

Double en-suite Spa bath and separate shower	£80 per night

Double en-suite Shower. Can be converted to twin if required	£70 per night

Four Poster Room en-suite Hydra Centre Shower	£75 per night

Twin en suite (old wing) Spa Bath and Shower	£70 per night

Children’s rates (3 - 11) Sleeping in the same room as parents, fold down beds provided.	£25 per child per night

Prices are adjusted for cost of living expenses each September

Babies sleeping with their parents in a travel cot are free. If a fold down bed is required there is a nominal charge of £8 per night. Children using a separate room to their parents are charged at full rate.

Use of Internet facilities to check emails is welcomed. The charge is £2 per ½ hour or part thereof. We also have wireless broadband throughout the house.

Packed Lunches £7 per person.

Washing and Drying only, charge £7 per load. Guests may use the iron free of charge.

Payment

Please note we have no facility to accept debit/credit cards. Payment by UK cheque, cash or Stirling Travellers Cheques is welcome. Guests wishing to pay by Travellers Cheques issued in another currency are asked to state their intention in time for our bank to confirm the exchange rate.

Housekeeping

We respect Guest privacy, however, Guests staying more than 1 night are asked to indicate if they do not wish their beds to be made and their bathrooms cleaned. Fresh towels are available on request. Unless otherwise requested Sheets and Pillow cases are changed every 3 days, Duvet covers weekly.

Cancellations

We do not take deposits, we expect clients to ring us if they change their plans at the earliest opportunity. If you have reserved a room and intend to arrive later than 4pm, please ring us on the day, before 4pm, to consolidate your reservation. If you fail to so, we reserve the right to re-allocate the room. Cancellations within 48hrs will be charged in Full.

Breakages

Any breakages beyond reasonable wear and tear will be charged at the cost to replace.

Arrival/Departure

Earliest Arrival time 3pm. Guests may leave luggage before if they so wish. Departure time not later than 11am. This is to facilitate room servicing.
